Welcome to The Climbing Station Fit Club

The aim is to give you a fun way to improve some strength and flexibility while you are unable to climb. It is only for fun, please take it easy and enjoy!

DISCLAIMER:

1. Only attempt after a good warm up. This will include 5 minutes of cardio and some dynamic stretching. You can then practice the exercises, focusing on getting your form just right.
2. If you experience any pain, stop!

Instructions:

There are two pathways, beginner and intermediate. You need to choose which one is right for you. If in doubt go easy.
The image below shows you which exercises to do on which day of the week. You will do all exercises for 20 seconds.
The videos show you how to do each exercises. Pay attention to form; this is critical
