The Summer Boulder League was back for 2017. As with previous years, we kept each round up for a number of weeks during which time you could climb the problems and enter your score. The scoring was based on attempts taken, so the fewer attempts it takes you to complete a problem the more points you got.

There were three categories, so everyone could have a chance to compete:

• Fun: VB-3
• Inter: V3-5
• Open: V5+
